Adding The DLLhost.exe To The DEP Exception

Go through the steps to add the dllhost.exe to the DEP exception:

  1. Press the ‘Windows’ logo key and the letter ‘R’ from the keyboard.
  2. Then on the ‘Run’ box type ‘Control’ and select the option ‘OK’.
  3. Now on the ‘Control Panel’ set the option ‘View By’ to Large or Small Icons’.
  4. After that select the option ‘Advanced System Settings’ on the upcoming window.
  5. Then just below the ‘Performance’ choose the option ‘Setting’.
  6. Now check the box beside the ‘Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select’ below the ‘Data Execution Prevention’ panel.
  7. Next, go to the extension ‘C:\Windows\SysWOW64 or System32’ depending on the size of your computer.
  8. Then move down to the ‘dllhost’.
  9. After that select the option ‘Apply’ and then select “OK’  to add the dllhost.exe to the DEP exception.

Re-registering The DLLs

If there is some problem in the registration of the DLL then we may face the issue. Thus go through the steps to re-register the DLLs:

  1. Press the ‘Windows’ logo key and the letter ‘R’  from the keyboard.
  2. Then type the command ‘cmd’ in the ‘Run Box’ and press the Enter’ key from the keyboard.
  3. Next, choose the option ‘Run As Administrator’.
  4. Now type the commands ‘regsvr32.vbscript.dll’ and ‘regsvr32.jscript.dll’ on the ‘Command Prompt’ one after the another.
  5. Then you will receive the   ‘DLLRegisterServer in the jscript.dll succeed’.

Checking The Disk Errors

To check the disk errors go through steps:

  1. At first, open the ‘This PC’  on the Windows 10 computer.
  2. Then right click on the ‘C-Drive’.
  3. Now select the option ‘Properties’ from the list.
  4. Then select the option ‘check now’ on the tab ‘Tools’ below the ‘Error-checking’.
  5. Now tick the boxes and then select the ‘Start’.

Updating The Codecs

If you have not updated the codecs on the computer for a long time then we might face this issue. Thus, to resolve the issue update the codecs.

Resetting The Internet Explorer

Go through the steps to update Internet Explorer in this way:
