  • DEL CDPservice.txt
  • DEL servicesdump.txt

Now, go to the File section, and find the “Save As” option, click on it. Write “Fix.bat” in the “Filename” and change the “Save as type” option to “All files”. When you are done with the above steps, click on “Save” to save the changes. 

After implementing the above steps, search for the “fix.bat” file and run it. Running the command will help you to stop the Cdpusersvc service in the Windows 10 system
