To install the printer in a location at first, you need to go through an unboxing step. This is one of the most time-consuming processes that you need to perform. Take a knife or any other sharp object to cut the tape from the upper portion of the box, do it carefully. After that, take out every component from it. After taking out all these above components, set the box on its side and make sure that the bottom of the printer face is down. Lastly, take out the printer device very carefully.
After taking out the printer device from the box, open the blue tapes which are attached to the different parts of the printer’s body. Do not forcefully take out the tapes. Thus, remove the tapes gently to avoid any damage. Check out the rare portion of the printer and remove the two pieces of tape from there. Also, remove the tapes from these locations as stated below.

Now, open the ink cartridge access door and grab the bundled cartridges, which come with the printer’s components. Next, separate the cartridges by removing all the outer covering of it. Attach the cartridges inside the printer slots accordingly, by visiting the colors below the cartridge setting up region. The black cartridge is bigger in size compared to the others, so it is better to place it lately. Remember that every cartridge is suitable for its corresponding slots. So, do not forcefully place the cartridges inside the printhead. Because it may either damage the ink cartridge or the slot, where you are trying to adjust the wrong cartridge. After inserting the cartridges, close the Cartridge access door. Now, wait until the printer device recognizes the cartridges. As the cartridge recognition process is over by the printer, you will visit the Paper Load screen get to appear.
Note: The proper series to follow to insert the ink cartridges is magenta> yellow> cyan> black.
As you find the Paper Load message on the control panel screen, open the paper input tray by sliding it. Then, take a bunch of white paper and place it inside the tray. Next, adjust the paper length and width by adjusting the guides over here. After that, push the input tray gently, to close it. Next, you will see that the Control panel open a message as “Install Ink Ready”, click on OK to proceed. Furthermore, click on the Continue button to initialize the printer.
By pressing the Continue option from the Initialize the Printer window, you will hear a noise. This noise is because of the process that the printer is adjusting the printhead accordingly to proceed with a print out activity.
