You can rotate a video on a Windows computer by using VLC Media Player. VLC is a free and open-source media player that has in-built codec support for every video format. You can follow the below steps to rotate a video in VLC and prepare that for Windows Media Player.

If you want to rotate a video on your iPhone device, then you can perform the steps provided below:
Open the App Store and type “rotate & flip video” in the search bar. Tap on the Search icon. Afterward, tap on the GET button from the next screen.
Now, provide the Touch ID or Apple ID email address. Tap on the Install button and wait for a few seconds until the installation process completes.
Close the App Store and then tap on the ‘Rotate & Flip Video’ icon to open it. After that, tap on the Video Camera icon from the middle of the screen. It will open a pop-up menu at the bottom of the screen.
Tap on the Video option from the pop-up menu. Now, you will be prompted to tap on the OK button. As a result, it will allow the app to access the videos of the device.
Afterward, you have to choose a video album. To do this, tap on the album where the video is stored. If you are not sure what to choose, tap on the ‘Camera Roll’ option.
Now, choose the video that you want to edit and tap on the Select button from the bottom-right corner of the screen. It will open the selected video on the main page of the app. Next, tap on the ‘90’ option until the video reaches the orientation that you prefer.
After that, tap on the Save button from the bottom of the screen. It will save the rotated video on the Camera Roll of the iPhone.

To rotate a video on your Android device, you can perform the steps as follows:
First of all, open the Google Play Store and type “rotate video fx” in the search bar. Choose ‘Rotate Video FX’ from the search results. Tap on the INSTALL button followed by the ACCEPT button.
Tap on the ‘Rotate Video FX’ icon to open it. After that, tap on the ‘START ROTATE’ option from the right pane of the screen. Next, tap on the ‘Choose movie’ option when you will be asked. It will open the Camera Rool of the device.
Now, choose the video that you wish to rotate. Exit from the advertisement if needed. Afterward, tap on the Close or ‘X’ before proceeding.
Next, tap on the arrow, from the left bottom pane of the screen, to rotate the selected video 90 degrees right or left. Or, if you prefer you can also rotate the video to 180 degrees. To do that, tap on the arrow twice.
Thereafter, tap o the START button from the bottom of the screen. Now, choose the conversion speed. Tap on the ‘Fast method’ method to flip the video quickly. Or, you can tap on the ‘Normal method’ option. It will confirm that the video will open in all supported media player.
Now, wait for a few seconds until the converting process is completed. Once you see that the video is starting to play, it indicates that it has been rotated and stored in the camera roll of the device.
