Method 1:-  Resetting the TCP/IP Configuration

Method 3:- Configuration of TCP/IP Settings

  1. Select the “Obtain an IP address automatically” option along with the “Obtain DNS server address automatically” option.
  2. Now, you can click on the OK button to exit the window.

Case 2:

If the system does not have default settings, then you should configure those settings    manually with the static details, containing the IP address of LAN, Subnet Mask, DNS server and Gateway as below:

  • IP address: 192.168.1.112
  • Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
  • Default gateway: 192.168.1.1
  • DNS server: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Pursuing this further, after the completion of filling all the details manually, mark the “Validate settings upon exit” checkbox and click on the OK button to exit the window. Method 4:- Check the Cable and Reboot the Router
