Temporarily Turn On

Repete the steps and confirm the option by clicking on the Ok option. Restart the device and then, Enable it.

Via Reg Files

In the registry download the .reg files and then add and alter the DWORD mark. Now type the command HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender and along with that select the Enable option. Restart the device and then check for the .Reg files.
