Step 2: Download the Alexa App 

If you want to download the Alexa app, then make sure to visit the App Store first. If you are using an iPhone, then go to the App Store to download it. It is possible that you are using an Android device, then visit the Google Play Store and for Fire devices, make sure to visit the Amazon Appstore. 

After going to the App Store, you need to download the official app of the Amazon Alexa. You might find it difficult to find the official Alexa app. 

Step 3: Check Whether you have Plugged in the Echo or Not
